This is my personal website about tango, including activities and classes from our community in Portland, Maine, and my online shop of Bandolera, Sur, and M. Pivot shoes for men and women (please see me for more updated shoe lists).  Every week, I attend our local Wednesday Practica at the Maine Ballroom, where I teach and DJ (614 Congress Street, Portland, ME, 7:30-10:00pm).

Me and Tango:
If someone had asked me back before I started Tango wether I could dance or not, my answer would have been no!  Like most people, I also thought that I either had no rhythm or no ability to learn any dance.  But that wasn’t true.  When I tried Tango, I was hooked immediately!  Tango challenges me in every possible way, and I feel truly fortunate to be able to be a part of it and my community in Portland, Maine.  If I had one wish, it would be that everyone else would find what I have found in dancing — even if it’s not in tango, itself.
